At Markzfashion.com, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. That’s why we offer free delivery on all orders within the UK and the USA, no minimum spend required.

Where We Deliver

  • All orders are shipped to addresses within the UK and the USA only.

Delivery Timeframes

UK Delivery Timeframes: Our estimated delivery times to the UK are calculated based on a combination of processing time and transit time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 ( GMT-London ). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6-9 business days from the date of order.

 

All orders are shipped from our UK-based fulfilment warehouse, where our products are stored and processed to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

Please note that UK public holidays and peak seasonal periods may extend delivery times by 1-2 business days.

USA Delivery Timeframes: Our estimated delivery times to the USA are calculated based on a combination of processing time and transit time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00 AM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 4-8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5-10 business days from the date of order.

Please note that U.S. federal holidays and peak seasonal periods may extend delivery times by 1-2 business days.

Delivery Confirmation 

  • All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation to ensure your package arrives safely and can be tracked and verified upon delivery.
  • Tracking information becomes active within 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Once the courier has scanned your parcel into their system, the tracking page will begin displaying updates.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. If you have any concerns about a delivery confirmation, please contact us, and we will assist you immediately.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
  • You can follow your shipment’s progress anytime via our Order Tracking page.

Delivery Exceptions

  • Shipping to remote or rural areas within the United Kingdom (including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other offshore locations) may require additional transit time. For US orders, rural areas or remote zip codes, including certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, may also experience slightly longer transit times.
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside the United Kingdom and the United States.
  • Most orders are delivered through a safe drop-off where the courier leaves the parcel in a secure location and provides a photo as proof of delivery. This proof is also shared with the Markz Fashion Fulfillment Team.
  • If a signature or in-hand delivery is required for your area, the courier will usually make 1-2 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to a local postal office or back to us.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment.
    If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the item may need to be returned after delivery.
  • Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Customers have up to 24 hours to update an incorrect address before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to reverse or reroute the package, especially if it has already been delivered to the incorrect address. We strongly encourage customers to review their address on the order confirmation email. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to assist.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately, and we’ll resolve the matter promptly.

If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to missed delivery attempts or other courier-related reasons, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. No fees are applied for packages returned to us by the courier. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you believe your package may be held or returned so we can assist promptly.
